sending off and doa selamat by Mr President, Thank-you Tok, we missed u along the journey !
The journey: alternative road breezing through serene villages. Not much difference from scenes we have in Malaysia plus the ladies in tudung and purdah riding kapchai. The route we took before approaching town resort Krabi were a true panoramic view Malay kampung That was only the signboard 100% in Thai telling us ...owww we're in Thailand.Yeah ...Satun ( or better known as Setoi) territory dominates by 64% of Muslim's population thus food is not a big hussle and solat is not an excuse. Big mosque are accessible along the way.
On the move....
a little bit of off-road challenge at the outskirt of Hatyai
Krabi is not crowded but fullfilling enough for weekend traveller like us. We're welcomed by slight rain, as we reached AoNang, the town resort. It's just to refresh and to wash dust away from the machine..Ao Nang is a pleasantly little city of central point of the coastal province of Krabi, Thailand. The town consists chiefly of a main street, which is dominated by restaurants, pubs, shops and other commerce aimed at tourists. The main beach is used by sunbathers to a certain extent, but there are hundreds of longtail boats which offer access to other beaches on the mainland and on nearby islands.
Love the sky.....
We were at Noppharat Beach at Aonang. The long stretch of AoNang beach overlooks few small island with clear blue sky. Love the skies man! Too bad about the beach, it's sandy but light brown in color..but after seeing the beautiful skies, water with the d@***&g and all that living creatures, who need to see the sand?...hahaha..am I right,PCB riders?
Been there...did that....
The beach at Ao Nang is the main departure point for boats to a number of places, which cannot be accessed by road. The islands outside Ao Nang are relatively easy to access and uncrowded. Island hopping was great fun!We hop to few islands ,Poda Island and Chicken Island to name a couple of them.
there we're...waiting for a boat riding .....
hopping from one island to another ...syyyiiiiokk gillerrrr....
Ao Nang; kecik jer bandar ni, hanya satu jalan besar pesisir pantai .Kira-kiranya, susah nak sesat walaupun kali pertama datang dgn kereta atu motor ke sini...macam Penang jugak..pi mai pi mai tang tu... Sebelah kiri nya pantai, ombaknya cantik tapi pasirnya warna perang coklat. Oh , rupanya ATM machine..
Climbing is another activity widely available in Ao Nang, This climbs is actually captured at the corner of Phra Nang beach. Mamat (macho ker?) ala-ala Hulk Hogan ni kerja nya hanya satu; panjat batu, turun bawah; panjat batu turun bawah..elehhhh...aku pun boley kalau hari-hari wat keje tu... wakakaka.. gelak samseng sket!
